If you cracked it right by the threads, I would assume that you would have more leaks than jb-weld could help with. You will have problems with the pcv sealing in at the threads which will still leave you with a pretty big boost leak. Also, as far as the EGR goes, you can properly delete the EGR with just the plenum off, but it's not with out much trouble. With just the plenum on, your work space is almost none and makes it very difficult, however, the process is still the same
